In August I walked the northern section of the Cambrian Way, a demanding mountain walk through Wales. The section I did was just under 90 miles long and ran from Cadair Idris up through the Rhinogs and Snowdonia to Conwy. It involved the best part of 10,000m of climbing. It was tough, but absolutely worth the effort for the scenery.
